Site work for a mixed-use development in Bragg Creek, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Rocky View County is inviting submissions for a contractor to provide facility upgrades at the Bragg Creek Transfer Site, located at 90 Elbow Rise NE in Bragg Creek, Alberta. The site is an active waste collection site, graded into wide terraces up the slope. Currently, the slope along the east side of the active lower terrace is sloughing, causing safety concerns and maintenance issues. Englobe Corporation (Englobe). has completed a slope analysis and proposes a Magnumstone reinforced retaining wall to be constructed at the toe of the slope, and the sloughing materials and excess vegetation along the slope to be regraded and rehabilitated. A second Magnumstone wall is to be constructed at the north end of the collections area to allow for greater access and storage.
