Site work and paving for a road / highway in Franklin Square, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Reconstruction of approximately 3000' of residential roadways. Improvements to generally include: New concrete curb and new concrete curb with integral concrete gutter. New concrete driveway aprons. New concrete ramps at intersections. New concrete sidewalk at spot locations for change in grade and elevation. Restoration of utility strip area. (sod, seed, walks, etc.). Reconstruction of existing asphalt roadway pavement. Bid one of two options (R.C.A vs Mixed-in-Place w/ emulsion). The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Cost is $1,000,000 Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Hempstead for not less than five percent (5%) of the estimated amount of the bid. The Town of Hempstead reserves the right to reject any or all bids
