Reference Number 0000254048 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/08/31 11:59:00 PM EDT ROM is looking for an electrical contractor to provide electrical support, trouble-shooting and maintenance services at ROM Premises, by ROM Facilities, Security, Project Management or other persons authorized by the Chief Facilities Officer. The Successful Proponent must demonstrate capability and expertise in supplying work that includes, but may not be limited to: 1) Routine maintenance and non-emergency services (eg. maintenance of existing equipment and services, installation of new electrical services, installation of phone, security components and data connections); 2) Emergency service (It is required that emergency services and support can be provided on a 24/7 basis year round at all ROM sites within a 3-hour response window to address electrical issues as required); 3) Main electrical services inspection, maintenance and servicing; 4) High voltage inspection, maintenance and servicing; 5) Electrical infrastructure servicing and maintenance for ROM Security and IT systems; 6) Electrical support of specific ROM capital and exhibit projects; and 7) Other general electrical support as required and requested. It is the intent that the Successful Proponent may provide the Services for a two (2) year term with an option to extend the term for three one-year terms, and such extension(s) to be on the same terms, including the Rates as provided in the Price Form.
