In Compliance With Your Notice to Bidders, Bidder Hereby Proposes to Perform All Work for the Construction of the Black Hawk & Buchanan County, Cedar Valley Nature Trail Paving; Division 1: Mcfarlane Bridge to Bear Creek Bridge Project in Strict Accordance With the Contract Documents, Within the Time Set Forth Therein, and at the Prices Stated Below. The extent of the work involved consists of pipe culvert, revetment, and intake installation, asphalt paving of a 10 wide trail, installation of concrete trail and ADA detectable warnings at roadway crossings, earth shoulder construction, paving of granular road crossings. Project Within 75 working days Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Certified Share Draft, or Bid Bond) in the amount of payable to Black Hawk County Working days will not be charged from October 1, 2023, to April 1, 2024. Late start date of April 1, 2024. B Black Hawk County hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities and award a contract as deemed to be in the best interest of the Black Hawk County.
