Scope of Work The Village is looking for a general contractor to complete work on the Glenview History Center. Scope of work will include facilities improvements of the Glenview History Center located at 1121 Waukegan Road. Work shall include rodding/televising of sanitary lines and GPR scanning of the property; fencing repair and replacement; foundation repairs of the existing Farmhouse; roofing replacement of the existing Farmhouse Roof; masonry chimney repairs of the existing Farmhouse Chimney; and selective interior wall repairs and finishes in accordance with Attachment A-Specifications and Attachment B-Construction Drawings.
