Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project cost range is anticipated to be under $3,000.000. Project Location: 774 N. County Hwy 393, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459 Scope of Project: Project consists of a new Administration Building. 10,375 GSF, single story CMU and wood framed construction. The Project also includes sitework and selective demolition. The project team anticipates a collaborative team design approach with a Construction Manager as Contractor and early coordination to be included in the pre-construction services. Selected firm will enter into a construction services agreement per the AIA A134 - Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Contractor.
