Site work for a water / sewer project in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Normal Public Works Department will receive sealed bids for the following: 2023 CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed in a pre-bid meeting per project documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing approximately 25,000 lineal feet of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) in existing sanitary sewers of various sizes, sewer point repairs, sewer lateral launch inspections, along with associated service reinstatements and site restoration. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
