Illinois State University (ISU) is seeking Project Management and Project Controls (PMPC) services from firms who have experience in higher education building design and construction of this typology. ISU is planning to build up to a 1,200-bed residential hall and 700 seat dining center on ISUs campus in Normal, Illinois. ISU has conducted a preliminary programming exercise for this project. This program information will be shared with the PMPC consultant after selection and engagement for this project. PMPC firms interested in submitting their qualifications should have demonstrated knowledge, experience, and expertise with higher education housing and dining facilities of this building typology. The PMPC agents and any required sub-consultants will be responsible for acting continuously on behalf of ISU as an Owners project manager from project inception through project close out. Subcontractors must meet the same requirements as prime contractors to do business with Illinois State University.
