Reference Number 0000254057 Seasonal Indoor Garage Cleaning Services All inquiries or requests for additional information regarding the Request for Bids shall, without exception, be in writing and directed to Eugene Kim, Procurement Specialist by e-mail: Eugene.kim@ttc.ca The term of the contract shall be for a 1 year seasonal term each year, commencing approximately December 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024; Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays at the sole-discretion of the TTC, subject to acceptable price negotiations and satisfactory performance. The TTC reserves the right to alter the number of locations and re-schedule the preferred times during the Contract period and as such, any reduction in the number of locations requiring cleaning and removal of winter surface debris services within the Contract will result in a corresponding reduction in the Contract payments. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
