Site work for a mixed-use development in Carberry, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform the work to complete the construction and installation of Sewer and Water Utilities for Phase 1 of a new campground development in the Town of Carberry located at SW 31-10-14 WPM. The proposed work includes but is not limited to the following items: 1. Supply and install of Gravity Sewer, Manholes, and all adjoining services and fixtures. 2. Supply and install of Watermain and all adjoining services and fixtures. 3. Supply and install of either: Proposed Plan A: Gravity Sewer Holding Tank and all adjoining fixtures. Proposed Plan B: Lift Station, excluding electrical service, and Sanitary Forcemain and all adjoining fixtures. 4. Any work related to surface grading and drainage is not included in the project scope.
