Site work for a water / sewer project in Knob Noster, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 6, 2025, per owner engineer and general contractor have been identified. 80% of the sewer camera-ing is complete. Once the general contractor completes its sewer camera phase, repairs will be determined by a need assessment. At this time, they do not have a definitive construction date for Phase 2. City of Knob Noster, Missouri is issuing a Request for Qualifications from professional engineering firms [qualified firm) to address wastewater system improvements. The engineering services required may include planning, design, inspection, and/or construction, and/or construction oversight of current and future projects. It is anticipated that an agreement for professional services will be negotiated and executed between the City and the qualified firm determined to best serve the needs of the City. The City reserves the right at any time to change or extend the due date and time for any reason. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all statements submitted.
