In an ongoing effort to maintain an aesthetically pleasing condition of various ponds in City parks, the City of Sacramento is requesting bids to provide pond maintenance and water quality monitoring for 6 ponds located within the City of Sacramento Parks. Other Details Prevailing wage applies to this project. The LBE Preference Program is applicable to all City procurement opportunities under $250,000 and provides a 5% preference to qualifying businesses. City Code Chapter 3.60.260.The LBE Participation Program is applicable to public project/construction contracts $250,000 or more unless waived by the City Manager or the City Manager's designee. Under City Code section 3.60.270, all bidding contractors must meet or exceed the minimum LBE participation requirement specified in the contract's bid specifications to qualify as a responsive bidder.
