Asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

The City of Des Peres, MO is in the design stages for renovations to the existing City Hall located at 12325 Manchester Road. The facility is a 4-story building (lower level, Level 01, Level 02, Level 03) with a total square footage of approximately 30,000 GSF. This construction package of the project is for the abatement of existing hazardous materials on the Lower Level. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Upon award of contract, the successful contractor shall, within five working days, file with the City a payment bond and a performance bond in the amounts of 100% of the contract amount.
