Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Work of this Contract includes the rehabilitation and modification of 20 street level egress stairs across 11 stations in the boroughs of Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens to mitigate or prevent the ingress of stormwater run-off into the station. The Work is more fully described in the Technical Specifications. This is an A + B Bidding Contract. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 370 calendar days - max substantial completion.
