Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct new control, electrical distribution, and reserve electrical distribution rooms; demolish and reconstruct a section of track and supporting structures; remove existing vault ceiling and install new sidewalk entryways, hatches, and personnel shafts; install temporary pumping system, remove existing and install new pumps and piping in pump room, adjacent to the track, and sump pit; remove existing pump room electrical equipment and replace with new; remove existing control room communication equipment and furnish new. This is an A + B bidding contract. The value for this project is based on a financial range.
