This project is anticipated to start on approximately October 4, 2023 and is anticipated to have a duration of thirty nine (39) calendar days for completion. Complete on or before December 1, 2023. Munsey Elementary School, 3801 Brave Ave., Bakersfield, CA, 93309 MUNSEY E.S. (10) TEMPORARY CLASSROOMS - ELECTRICAL, FIRE ALARM & COMMUNICATIONS (Project #22216.TR-35) Attendance at all seven job walks is mandatory in order to bid each respective project. Failure to attend the entire job walk may result in your bid being rejected as nonresponsive. Bidders are not required to attend all projects if the decision is made not to provide a bid on a certain project. Contact OWNER for details. It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded (CONTRACTOR), and upon any SUBCONTRACTOR, to pay not less than the specified rates to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract. 14. A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents.
