The work includes the erection and construction of a pre-engineered steel (headhouse) building, the erection and construction of a pre-engineered steel framed/polycarbonate clad (greenhouse) structure, and all associated building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC construction necessary to provide a complete and finished project. The general site improvement work and foundation construction is currently being completed under a separate contract and the pre-engineered building structures and select building materials and equipment have been purchased by the project owner for contractor installation as part of the Contract Work.
