No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the appropriate bid bond. No Bidder may withdraw his bid prior to one hundred twenty (120) days after the opening of bids. Luzerne Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding Any and all Request for Information regarding the project shall be submitted to the engineer in writing. Only questions in writing will be answered by the engineer. Copies of the questions and answers will be forwarded to all Bidders. All requests for information must be received by 4:00pm, 5 days prior to the bid opening.
