Bids are solicited for the Luzerne Township- Hiller Area, 1st Street, Brosius Area, Hohman Lane- Road Reconstruction Project (2608). Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, are available electronically. A Bid Bond or other security equal to ten percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Federal and State requirements govern the work, including payment of prevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, as described in the contract documents.
