Bids are to be addressed to the Round Lake Beach Public Works Department, attn: Scott Hilts, Round Lake Beach Village Hall, 1937 N. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of current prevailing wages to all laborers, workers and mechanics, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, and the record keeping, submission and inspection requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, including the requirement for submission of certified payroll records.
