Description

Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Canton, South Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

Construction will begin when all Contract Documents are prepared/received and the Notice to Proceed has been signed by both the Owner and Burbach Aquatics, Inc. The Canton South Dakota City Commission Meeting during their regular City Commission meeting on Monday, July 17, 2023, voted unanimously to award Construction Contracts #1 (Pool Construction) and #2 ( Pool Mechanical Construction) to Helm Mechanical. Contract #3 for general construction will be rebid at a later date.
