Sealed Bids will be received by Marion Township for the Hot Mix Paving of Preston Cemetery for a total distance of 0.96 miles. Bidders are required to use bidding blanks, which can be obtained by contacting Luke Underwood with the Hardin County Engineer's Office at 419-674-2222. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit form any solvent bank equal to ten percent of the bid. Check to be made payable to the Board of Marion Township Trustees as a guaranty that upon notification of the award of a contract, the successful bidder will accept such contract. The Board of Marion Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, and accept the lowest and best bid.
