Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Ashville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This project will be a CMR contract with ODOT. Setterlin is one of only three (3) GCs shortlisted for the project. The Project consists of the demolition of the existing rest area buildings, sidewalks, site amenities, and parking lot, and the construction of new ODOT rest area facilities, parking lot and associated utility work as outlined in the contract documents. Project is Prevailing Wage and Tax Exempt. Project has a 5% EDGE Goal. Addendum #1 dated 8/3/2023 is in the folder. SCHEDULE OF UNIT PRICES Unit Price U-1: Provide for the removal and replacement of unsuitable foundation bearing soil material as encountered in the field, determined by the Geotechnical Consultant and approved by the A/E. Provide unit cost per CY based on 50 CY unsuitable soils removed from the work area, disposed of off-site, and replaced with low strength mortar back-fill. Quantity to cover both sites collectively (northbound and southbound). 1. Description: 50 CY 2.
