Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DNAP requisition to construct an ADA trail at Stages Pond Nature Preserve consisting of approximately 2,865ft of 5ft wide concrete, 3,758ft of 4ft wide boardwalk with periodic passing areas per ADA standards, and one bridge or culvert spanning approximately 12ft. Use of Ohio|Buys online solicitation (SRC-5628) to identify a supplier with the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Detailed specifications attached. Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the highest scoring responsive and responsible proposal as determined by the State. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
