Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Belton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
To extend the building 20 feet, or one section of the existing building with steel framing to match the building. To make the floor, ceiling, metal exterior, interior finishes, and lighting seamless from the existing building, provide kitchen cabinets with uppers. Kitchen shall include an electric double oven, cooktop and must match existing cabinets. Must include HVAC, electrical and plumbing for the extension. The outside door must have the same security as all other doors. Project will include all excavations and construction of the concrete floor. All subs shall submit shop drawings for each section of the building with the bid.
