To provide the City with on-call repair services on an as-needed basis for primarily water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and stormwater collection system infrastructure services for the City of Belton Public Works Department. These services generally require immediate (emergency) response to minimize property loss or environmental damage and are generally expected to be of short duration. Additional repair jobs on other City Assets may include those for which the Public Works Divisions do not have immediate access to appropriate equipment or available resources to complete the work in a timely manner or in situations where City resources are being utilized and are required to remain focused on task at hand. The selected Contractor(s) could also be called upon in the case of natural disasters to assist with system repairs and clean-up.
