Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of resurfacing Mullen Road from Missouri Route 58 to Silver Maple Drive, along with widening Mullen Road from Silver Maple Drive to Cambridge Road. Additionally the project includes constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Cambridge Road at Mullen Road, and constructing new water main, storm and sanitary sewer along with sidewalks along Mullen Road. All questions must be received (3) days prior to the bid opening. Due to the importance of all bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications and scope of work requirements, bids will only be accepted from those who are represented at of the the Pre-Bid Meetings. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster.
