Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Belton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Three buildings at the old Public Works facility located at 1201 Street Barn Lane are to be demolished, including concrete foundation and footings, and removed from the project site for disposal. After the buildings, concrete foundations, and any minor ancillary materials are removed, each building location will be rough graded. Bringing dirt in and seeding will be done later under a separate agreement. The Public Works Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids not deemed acceptable.
