Site work for a golf course in Sharonville, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a golf course.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on September 21, 2023. The following items are to be installed by the contractor by March 15, 2025 for the Golf Course Irrigation system as described in the bidding documents. Contractor shall provide documentation they have successfully completed 5 similar golf course irrigation project(s) in the last 5 years. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Contractor shall substantially complete work before March 15, 2025
