Site work and paving for a road / highway in White House, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists including but not limited to milling, paving, dressing shoulders and striping to current TDOT standards for roads within the City of White House city limits. Bids will be received for a single prime Contracts. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in its opinion, may be in its best interest. The annual paving contract, upon acceptance, shall be for Sixty (60) months, beginning on October 1st, 2023 and ending on September 30, 2028. This Contract may be extended by the City upon the same terms for (1) one-year renewals, up to a cumulative total of One Hundred Twenty (120) months, by mutual written agreement between both parties at least Ninety (90) days before the expiration of the term then in existence; subject to earlier termination provisions in the Contract. In compliance with the above invitation for bids and subject to all the conditions thereof, the undersigned offers, and agrees, if this is accepted by the City of White House and approved by the Board of Mayor Alderman to furnish and install all items at the prices provided at a schedule determined by the City
