Remove and Replace 10 Ton & 20 Ton Trane Air Handlers from mechanical room -Disconnect Dual Circuit Refrigerant line-sets to existing air handlers -Disconnect Sheetmetal connections to both air handlers -Disconnect high voltage and low voltage wire connections to both air handlers -Disassemble air handlers before removing from mechanical rooms and the premises -Dispose of equipment properly -Flush out refrigerant lines with nitrogen -Use Crane to set 1 of the air handlers over the wall -Transport air handlers into mechanical rooms -Set Air Handlers in place with proper platform -Connect existing refrigerant lines - reinsulate with insulation if needed -Connect high voltage and low voltage electrical connections to new air handlers -Re-pipe drain connections to commercial drain standards -Connect Sheet Metal Duct connections to built-to-spec air handlers -Start up new 10 & 20 Ton Air Handlers and check operation -Provide 1 year Labor Warranty -Provide 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty Estimated Cost: $70,000.00 Bid Guaranty/bid Bond: $1,000.00 Question Deadline 09/06/2023 Written questions must be submitted no later than Written questions must be submitted via Bonfire https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/portal/ COMPLETION TIMELINE.
