Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a military facility; for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Design-Build for the renovation of two armouries, as well as the design and construction of a new facility, located in Sherbrooke, Québec. The Sherbrooke armouries will house five units of the Sherbrooke Primary Reserve, three cadet corps and the Technical Services of the 2nd Canadian Division. This project is being delivered following a Design-Build approach. Work Site no 1 - the Belvédère site. Work Site no 2 - the William site. Work Site no 3 - a new facility. TIMELINE: The preliminary studies, condition and heritage assessments and the preliminary design development of Work Site No 1 and 2 has been completed. Design is underway. Construction, restoration and renovation work is scheduled to begin in 2027. The estimated construction cost of this Project is approximately $220,000,000.
