North Emery Water Users Special Service District (NEWUSSD) (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2023 Culinary Water Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: construction of a 250,000-gallon buried concrete water storage tank, installation of approximately 10,000 ft of culinary water pipe, installation of 7 pre-plumbed concrete valve vaults, SCADA controls, and related work. Bids will be received for a single contract. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,250,000. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.
