SCOPE OF WORK Greens Prairie Reserve, Section 4, Phase 401B (the Project) is a 15.524-acre development that is located on Arrington Road approximately 5,170 linear feet south of its intersection with Greens Prairie Road West. The Project is wholly contained on the Developer's property being a portion of a called 368.6 acre tract of land identified below. This dedication is part of the William Clark League Survey, A-101. The Project generally consist of approximate improvements: 2,681 S.Y. Street & Paving Improvements 477 L.F. of Drainage Improvements; 772 L.F. of Water Improvements; 856 L.F. of Sanitary Sewer Improvements; The Developer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous and to award the bid to the Bidder offering the best value to the Developer. All Bidders shall contact the Developer's Representative for any and all questions pertaining the Greens Prairie Reserve project, construction drawings, bid and contract documents.
