Site work and paving for a road / highway in Star City, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Star City is requesting sealed bids from Paving Contractors for their 2023 Street Paving Project. All Bidders must hold current West Virginia Contractors License. Bids must include 5% Bid Bond, the cost of PLACEMENT only, a timeline dedicated to this project, and a list of references. The Contractor who is awarded the bid will need to present a Certificate of Insurance and must comply with a construction time limit of 45 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $250.00 per day. The Town of Star City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous.
