2025 Street Paving Project The Town of Star City is requesting sealed bids from Paving Contractors for their 2025 Street Paving Project. The construction time limit for this project is 45 calendar days. Successful bidder must be licenses as a contractor in the state of West Virginia. Bids must include 5% Bid Bond Liquidated damages of $250.00 per day. The Town of Star city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous.
