*Project canceled - bid submissions exceeded project budget Reference Number : 1753988 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-08-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The City of Cote Saint-Luc ( "City") is requesting tenders for the rehabilitation of the concrete bases of the fence of baseball field No. 2 in Kirwan Park in the City of Cote Saint-Luc. The 40-foot high fence was built in 2017 and premature movement of the posts was noted according to the Stantec survey report dated May 26 and 30, 2023. The original construction was not carried out according to the construction drawings and the rules of the art. Work can begin around September 18 and ideally be completed before November 30, 2023. It should be noted that the contractor cannot work on September 25, 2023 due to a Jewish religious holiday. In the event that the weather does not allow the work to be completed this year, the work can continue in 2024 but must be completed no later than April 15, 2024, to allow the opening of the 2024 summer season.
