Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Liberty, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, all appurtenances, subgrade preparation, reinforced concrete pavement, reinforced concrete curb and grading. The deadline to ask questions is 8/22/2023 9:30 AM CST For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The work shall be substantially completed within 170 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
