The work shall consist of Pipe bursting an existing 8" sanitary sewer main, remove and replace existing manholes. The Contractor will perform the following improvements at the: CITY OF LIBERTY ROW 1. Install 8" sanitary sewer line by pipe bursting. 2. Remove and replace manholes. 3. Connect existing services. 4. Restore site to original condition or better. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be resolved by the issuance of Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer or Owner as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date of opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
