Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The general purpose of the project is to remediate the subsidence condition that is occurring within the City of El Paso right-of-way at 8624 Arboleda Drive, 827 Arboleda Drive and associated street surface drainage improvements within the project limits. The project includes areas where sidewalks, driveways, private property rock walls and pavement distress has been observed and reported to the Owner. Another area within the northeast quadrant of the subdivision identified as an exit route for the impacted subdivision residents during remediation construction phases Project Location: Along Arboleda Drive, between Pendale Rd and Holmsley Trail The unit price or lump sum price bid on each item as stated in the Proposal shall include furnishing all labor, superintendence, incidentals, machinery, supplies, equipment and materials necessary to complete the various items of work in accordance with the Design drawings and Specifications. Cost of work or materials shown on the Design drawings, called for in the Specifications and on which no separate payment is made shall be included in the bid price on the various pay items for which they are associated.
