The existing two-level office building consisting of 18,465 GSF located at 316 Robert Rose Drive in Murfreesboro, Tennessee will be renovated to become new administrative offices for the Murfreesboro Water Resources Department. Question Submission Deadline:September 5, 2023, 2:00pm Each bidder must provide a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers check, or money order Complete all work within Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of bidders entire obligation under the Agreement for this solicitation, as security for faithful performance and payment.
