Bid Bonds Must Be Executed by a Duly Licensed Corpo Surety. Checks Accompanying Proposals Not Accepted Shall Be Returned to the Bidders. Sanitary Improvement District 607 of Douglas County, Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities
