The school district is seeking to completely replace a Pole Climbing Tower Installation (2 climbing faces) as well as two vertical climbing elements. In addition to the demolition and complete replacement of those two items the high course requires identified maintenance. Any questions not presented at the pre-bid meeting regarding these specifications or the bid process must be submitted in writing to PURCHASING@WWPRSD.ORG. No questions or comments will be entertained via phone or in person. All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in the specifications. Bids not submitted on the bid form may be rejected. The Board of Education does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of bids. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. as well as the Prevailing Wage Laws N.J.S.A. 34:11-56:25. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the West Windsor Plainsboro Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities.
