CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/29/2023 5:00 PM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perform the First Avenue Rehabilitation Project (PWP WA 2023-001). The major work items include: Removal and placement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps and driveways, storm drain improvements, milling 2-inch and placing 2-inch bituminous plantmix, roadway excavation and reconstruction with aggregate base and bituminous plantmix, utility adjustments, waterline improvements, tree wells, and placement of permanent pavement markings and signs. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost: $900,000 to $1,400,000
