The major work items include: Removal and placement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps and driveways, storm drain improvements, milling 2-inch and placing 2-inch bituminous plantmix, roadway excavation and reconstruction with aggregate base and bituminous plantmix, utility adjustments, waterline improvements, tree wells, and placement of permanent pavement markings and signs. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost: $900,000 to $1,400,000
