Site work for a water / sewer project in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lift Stations/Lift Station Equipment, Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer Pump Station, Sewer Force Main, Fittings and Valves, Sewer and Water Construction, Pumps or Pump stations, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Excavation, Erosion Control - Temporary. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct a duplex lift station with 105 HP pumps and platform mounted generator, +-2,850 LF of 15'' PVC gravity sewer main, +-4,900 LF of 10'' DIP sanitary sewer force main. The work also includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, site work, yard piping, electrical, generator and generator platform, gravel road, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the Work as shown in the Drawings and as specified. Time allotted for completion of work is 365 calendar days from the date of a written ''Notice to Proceed" from Owner. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
