Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP, Owner) will receive electronic qualifications for the 2nd Street Market Solar RESTORATION PROJECT. Questions concerning the Contract Documents should be directed to Alex Clark, Landscape Architect (Owner's Representative), at 937-274-3106 or by email at alex.clark@metroparks.org. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to Five Rivers MetroParks, an equal opportunity employer. Interested parties are advised to carefully review the entire qualifications submittal requirements package including the contract document that will be required to be executed for the project. MetroParks is soliciting proposals from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) providers to design and build an approximately 45 kW DC rooftop solar PV at the 2nd Street Market. This PV array would be MetroParks first PV array. MetroParks may consider expanding solar at this site in the future
