Ravensong Pool Parking Lot located at 737 Jones St. Qualicum Beach, BC 2. Oceanside Place Arena Parking Lot located 830 Island Highway Parksville, BC The estimated value of the services may be greater than $75,000. The RDN wishes to direct award the contract for the following reasons: 1.Difficulty in finding qualified and experienced contractors willing to perform this work on an as and when requested basis. 2.Parkville Heavy Equipment provides snow clearing services for Wembley Centre located at the same site as Oceanside Place Arena.
