Site work for a water / sewer project in Emeryville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: The work to be performed includes locating and potholing utilities, traffic control, excavation, sanitary and storm sewer pipe repair and installation, cured-in-place-pipe lining and spot repairs, grout injection leak sealing, manhole rehabilitation, video inspection, hydrocleaning, sewer flow diversion, dewatering, soil disposal, trench shoring, pavement restoration, and pavement delineation. The City of Emeryville seeks to hire a contractor to perform structural spot repairs of at various locations in the City's Sanitary Sewer System Bidders bidding as the prime Contractor shall possess a valid California State Contractor's License, Classification A - General Engineering, at the time of contract award and throughout the Contract term All questions prior to award of the Contract shall be directed to the attention of the undersigned via email nikolas.ignacio@emeryville.org. The deadline for submissions of initial questions and clarifications concerning the Contract Documents is August 28, 2023, 4:00PM. Only signed Addenda issued by the City Engineer are binding.
