Sealed bids will be received by the Heath City School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the HVAC Upgrade at Heath High School Project Questions may be directed to Kevin McCleery, BSHM Architects, Inc., at kjm@bshm-architects.com, with a copy to Karl Zarins, Treasurer/CFO at kzarins@heath.k12.oh.us. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. There are neither LEED nor sustainability requirements. vi. Bidders shall submit written questions to Kevin McCleery, BSHM Architects, Inc., at kjm@bshm-architects.com, with a copy to Karl Zarins, Treasurer/CFO at kzarins@heath.k12.oh.us by 12:00 p.m., seven (7) days prior to the bid submission deadline to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond All RFI’s shall be submitted in writing to Kevin McCleery by Thursday noon 8/24/2023. kjm@bshm-architects.com
